The small but mighty Caribbean Island of Cuba has long served as a nexus for movements, ideas, and tangible manifestations of international solidarity. Inspiring the lives of famed activists and intellectuals CLR James, Walter Rodey, George Lamming, just to name a few, Cuba has been a nation interconnected with the liberatory future of the world. From Cuba’s crucial role in the struggle against apartheid sending its military forces to liberate Angola, to its world-renowned humanitarian approach to medicine which continues to provide healthcare to the underprivileged of the planet to this day, solidarity with the oppressed is an essential part of the Cuban essence. That solidarity is inseparable from Cuba’s diverse culture, manifesting in its arts, sports, history, and people. Cuba accomplishes this all while under the chokehold of a several decade U.S. imposed blockade. Join the Witness for Peace Solidarity Collective on an educational delegation to learn how you can both show solidarity with the Cuban nation, and embody the spirit of internationalist principles in your own life and community

Your Ground Costs for a Solidarity Collective Delegation include almost everything in the 10 day journey

2024 Ground Costs: $2,400

We provide travel sliding scale prices and resources for your fundraising.
